The Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool will remove one or all (your choice) of the Adobe apps, listed in its opening screens. It will be thorough, but it should not harm your personal data. After you’ve used this tool, Adobe expects that you will 1) Restart your computer and 2) Reinstall your needed Adobe software. Once reinstalled, their software should work properly again.
