Apple Account Update phishing emails are everywhere today! If you receive the email (shown below), please know that it is a phishing attempt and a fake. There has been no update; there were no charges to your card. Do not call the phone number in the message, and just delete the email!
I can understand why many would be fooled or worried over this email. The sender address appears to be legitimate… but it has been spoofed and faked. The real email sender has been obfuscated, but the email source code suggests it was sent through some German server:

If you receive this type of phishing email, I recommend that you do NOT block the sender. Why? Since the From address has been faked, you might end up blocking a real Apple email address. This could result in you missing legitimate emails from Apple in the future.
You can go the extra mile, though, and report this phish to Apple themselves. Feel free to forward any scammy Apple-related messages to reportphishing@apple.com
